FAQ about deposits...
A $100 deposit is required at time of registration. If you are mailing your payment, we will allow 2 weeks to receive your payment. Even if the date you are booking is a year away, a deposit is still required.
A deposit is the only way to hold your spot. "You know I'm good for it" and "we come at this time every year" won't hold your spot.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Should you cancel with more than 1 month's notice, we will carry forward to a future event of your choice, based on availability. You may reschedule ONE TIME only. If you cancel again, your deposit is non-refundable.
Should you cancel with less than 1 month's notice, we will only carry forward your deposit if we are able to fill all the seats from the waiting list, if any. You are welcome to transfer your spot to someone else and recover the deposit amount from them.
