- Final payment is due 2 months prior to the event date. For late registrations with less than 2 months lead time, payment is due in full upon registration.
Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a future retreat date, and only with at least 60 days. With less than 60 days notice, transfers will only take place if we can fill you spot.
All retreats are in the Koerner Lodge (main lodge) and accommodation, meals, scrapbooking, classes and aesthetics are contained in one building. Some months we have access to the two Johnson Cabins which each hold up to 13 scrapbookers. If you don't mind a quick walk to the dining hall and you have a group of 8 or more, please inquire. We only lodge our guests in the Cabins by request.
How to Pay
Option #1 -- A cheque or Interac E-Transfer for the $100 deposit within 10 days of registration, and the balance paid 2 months before the retreat date by cheque, post dated cheque or Interac.
Option #2 -- Cheque or Interac payment in full at time of registration. (mandatory if the retreat date is less than 2 months away)
Option #3 -- Payment Plan. $100 deposit at time of registration, and 2 or more payments until the balance is paid. Full payment required 2 months before retreat date. Please set up payment schedule with Heather.
